All monthly retainers automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time with 30 days' written notice via email to KrakenOSI@protonmail.com or through your account portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; no partial refunds are issued for the remaining time. You will continue to receive services until the end of the paid period. We will send renewal reminders at least 7 days before each renewal date. All prices and terms are subject to change with 30 days' notice. By subscribing, you agree to these auto-renewal terms and our full Terms & Conditions.
